WAVE HI-TECH CITY at Ghaziabad U.P

The project involves design of 3 different housing typologies each -Villa, Independent floors and Duplex-to be developed for 10 plot sizes ranging from 112sq.m. to 800 sq.m.
Each house type to be replicated for 1000 repetitions over the phase-1 of 1500 acre of HITECH City at Ghaziabad.
HITECH city is the first approved Mega Township under the HITECH Policy, approved by the Government of U.P. HITECH City is spread over 4500 acres.
