Before starting as anindependent consultant she has been associated with the design construction of various institutional buildings and large interior design projects. She was then working at DLF Universal Limited specifically handling retail projects of the company in the NCR.Has, as an independent consultant, designed and managed large institutional, residential, commercial/I.T. and retail projects across India.
T.S.Ravichandran
Principal - Housing and Integrated Township development Architect Graduate of MACT Bhopal in 1992. Architecture team leader at DLF, IREO and Vatika, he lead the teams that made NCR’s iconic residential projects like ARALIAS, MAGNOLIAS, The GRAND ARCH, VICTORY VALLEY and GURGAON HILLS. A dextrous team leader and teacher, he is associated as a visiting faculty with Delhi’s leading Architecture educational institutions like SPA and Sushant School of Architecture.

Manohar Lal Chandel
Principal - Project management & Quantity surveying Civil Engineer. With over 30 years of experience in structural detailing, quantity surveying and project management.He has completed large projects in Industrial, Commercial, mixed use, retail building types for both complete building projects as well as interior design and execution projects. His strengths are, in-depth knowledge of building/construction codes, construction methodology, construction technology, quantity survey & billing as well as contract administration.

Advanced REVIT based 3d technology enables our clients to efficiently manage all aspects of the project such as Architectural Design- 3D representation of exterior and interior with sectional views to understand the design.
Development of the complete project as per LOD 100, LOD 200 and LOD 300 stages
Engineering design
- Using detailed 3D placement and routing for comprehensive Clash detection services.
Project Management
- Producing construction documents, bill of quantities and material specifications.
- Integration with NAVISWORKS if required.
Post Construction
- As built documentation and Commissioning documentation for facility management.
