A Family Entertainment Center (FEC) with 4 floors of retail and eateries and 3 cinema screens - promoted by VVA Developers – and located in the dense residential area of the upcoming industrial town of Bhiwadi.
The retail is spread over 4 floors from Lower ground till Second floor, with the two anchor retailers – A 2000 sft. hyper market in the lower ground floor and 6000 sft. Indian fast food on the Ground and First - at the entrance of the mall. The Third, fourth and fifth floors house 3 Cinema screens with access from the central atrium.

The design of the building is a simple hollow cubist structure with retail arranged around a central atrium to maximise visual access of the user to all retailers. Verticla transportation between floors is through the central atrium using open escalators and Glass elevators to provide a seamless visual connection, even while travelling between floors.

The massing of the building is in the form of 2 long cuboids that naturally slid past each other to adjust to the angled orientation of the site to Highway on which it sits. The exterior finish is in neutral grey and white which forms as a accentuating backdrop to all the signages.

The engineering is designed to maximize performance and minimize Operational costs to the retailers. This has been done using de-centralized HVAC solutions with Hi-Sensible Heat package units combined with the design of the internal and façade lighting using extensive computer simulation, designed reflector and lens optics and mix of LED and other high efficiency lamps.
